Generally, we can come out within 0-2 business days. We prioritize our work based on both when you call and the severity of your problem.

• IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO WHEN IT’S RAINING AND WATER IS DRIPPING IN?

If you can get into your attic, placing a bucket under the drip is the best solution. If leaking around a plumbing pipe, place a towel over the plastic around the bottom of the pipe. Otherwise, place a bucket under the drip until it stops raining and a roofer can come out to address the problem and provide roof repair service.

• DO YOU OFFER 24/7 EMERGENCY ROOF REPAIRS?

YES we Do. We also Install Tarps for Storm Damage. Usually we can get your insurance carrier to cover this charge if indeed if it is related to storm damage claim.

For roof replacement we offer a 5 year labor warranty.

We use asphalt architectural shingles and metal roofing to complete roofing jobs.

You do not have to be out of your home while we are replacing your roof; it may be loud but you do not have to be out of the home.

• HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO INSTALL MY ROOF?

It typically takes 1-2 days to complete a roofing installation job. The turn times can vary depending on the sizing of the home.

• WHEN DO I NEED TO REPAIR OR REPLACE MY GUTTERS?

You will need to replace your gutters when the gutters start to look uneven, the paint is peeling or rusting, when the water is splashing in the center of the home, if you find guttering hardware the ground and if your gutters are leaking. You will typically need to replace your gutters every 15-20 years if you have steel and aluminum gutters.

Depending on the type of siding material on your home, it all differ. Wood siding typically lasts up to 10 years and vinyl l siding typically last 20- 30 years. Each material will vary depending on the quality.
